DIEZ corporate tax seminar: Report

On March 8, 2023, companies from the Dubai Integrated Economic Zone (DIEZ) and Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) convened at the Dubai Silicon Oasis headquarters for a Corporate Tax Awareness Seminar.
Among the keynote speakers was Mr. Alaa Farahat, a seasoned Tax Partner at Farhat & Co., who addressed participants’ questions and concerns related to the upcoming UAE Corporate Tax Law.
During the session, DIEZ and DSO taxable entities were encouraged to begin proactive planning in preparation for the implementation of the Corporate Tax Law, which came into effect on June 1, 2023.

Recently, Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) companies gathered in Ras Al Khaimah at Movenpick Resort Al Marjan Island for a seminar on UAE corporate tax awareness.
